The ForRangers Ultra is not just a race—it's a mission.

In September 2025, participants will push their limits as they traverse 230 km of breathtaking Kenyan wilderness, all to make a real impact on the ground. By raising vital funds, they are helping improve the lives of the brave rangers who risk everything to protect endangered wildlife, including the iconic rhinos of East Africa.

This epic five-stage, 220 km race takes runners through five diverse wildlife conservancies, each with its own unique terrain, from lush grasslands to dense forests—the home of Africa’s most majestic creatures. Along the way, participants will carry everything they need: food, safety gear, and at least 2.5 litres of water, which can be replenished at checkpoints. Each night, they'll set up camp under the stars, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature.

The challenge doesn’t stop with the physical demands. Runners must also contend with the rugged beauty of the Laikipia region, passing through the foothills of Mount Kenya, and ultimately finishing right on the Equator. It's a test of endurance, self-sufficiency, and spirit, but also an opportunity to make a real difference.
